Health and Safety Management System
or Colmar, protecting the health and safety of employees is an essential element. In order to foster a healthy and safe working environment and prevent accidents and injuries at work, the Company has gone beyond mere compliance with regulations and has implemented a Health and Safety Management System that extends to all people present in the Company, both employees and non-employees.
Colmar conducts internal audits to identify the most critical areas that require immediate intervention to prevent potential negative impacts on the health and safety of employees. The Health and Safety Management System is subject to periodic control and verification procedures, which also include consultation and active participation of workers. The objective is to constantly monitor the system, assess its adequacy to the risks arising from company activities, and plan continuous improvement actions.
