Ethical and responsible business management

The principles that guide every business activity.
Colmar manages its business ethically and responsibly, adopting a proactive approach that goes beyond compliance with current regulations. The Company is committed to generating value for shareholders and for all different stakeholders (customers, employees, suppliers, communities, institutions), attributing a broad meaning to the concept of value.

A sustainable business model
Colmar has adopted a business model that considers the social and environmental impacts of its activities, committing to creating long-term value by maximizing positive impacts and minimizing negative ones, in order to support people's well-being and protect the environment.
Integrity, transparency and professionalism, every day
Ethics and responsibility guide all corporate decisions and daily interactions. An approach that translates into the ability to operate with integrity, transparency and professionalism, incorporating stakeholder expectations into its decisions and communicating with them clearly. This commitment is formalized in the Code of Ethics, which defines corporate values and principles and translates them into specific operational and behavioral rules for shareholders, employees, collaborators and business partners.

Commitment to sustainability
Corporate sustainability, beyond CSR
Over time, Colmar's business management has evolved, moving from a model based on corporate social responsibility (CSR) that primarily focused on ethical and social responsibility and embraced a qualitative approach, to a paradigm inspired by corporate sustainability, capable of embracing a broader vision that integrates economic, social, environmental and governance aspects and refers to quantifiable and documentable performance.
A gradual and integrated approach to sustainability
The progressive establishment of a new approach to corporate sustainability reflects the change that has occurred in customer perceptions and expectations, in market and financial world demands, in national and international policies, in laws and regulations, in technological development and in scientific knowledge.

Colmar's contribution to sustainable development
Colmar has not remained indifferent to the paradigm shift and has committed to providing concrete answers and building its own sustainability path. The Company has decided to contribute to achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, by focusing on five of them.

SDG 3 - Good Health and Well-being
Colmar is committed to encouraging an active and healthy lifestyle through its products dedicated to sport.
SDG 5 - Gender Equality

SDG 13 - Climate Action
